The name of El Chalol is inspired by Mr. Guerrero Salvador Escárcega Meléndez who was known for his kindness and characterized by the quality of always receiving people with a smile and a character of great cordiality. Following his example, El Chalol is a place where everyone feels welcome and hospitality is a distinctive feature of the place and its people
Our project started in 2015 with just one cabin. Today we have three spacious cabins, three glampings and a food area with a bar and terrace, on a 5.5 hectare site, where we find a wooded area with a small storm channel, a permanent body of water that crosses the site and connects with La Pedrera Ecological Park, a vast area in the process of reforestation, its location just 4 blocks from the center of the magical town practically in front of the San Bernardo mission that can be seen from the hotel.
During the first two years of the project’s existence, promotional events have been held that have made it possible to publicize the development, some of them have been: hot air balloon event, recording of Jorge Guevara’s music video “In Another Life” whose launch was held on October 18, 2020, a biker shot event in the magical towns of Coahuila and the “Creation Wine” event where participants were able to create their own wine assemblages.
These experiences have allowed them to identify user groups, gather opinions on development, and draw attention to the magical town of Guerrero.
Discover our town, the mission of San Bernardo and the routes we have for you by bike!

With a pleasant and attractive environment for tourists interested in history and a fascinating environment, Guerrero is located in the head of Coahuila on the border with Texas, United States. It enjoys a typical climate of the northern Mexican desert, cool in winter and very hot in summer.
